Thanks for posting Nick.....this is certainly progress and the fact they have a closing date already tells me the $3MM due at closing is already lined up....not gonna set a closing date in the hopes of having the money there.

Just a quick valuation on the $1.2MM in EBITDA at a conservative 15x P/E and a 5B O/S and we get a share price of .0036......not a bad start.
