Alert ! Court case against EMA hearing 1400 hours EST today.
Could see a huge move through .0500 > .0800+ if EMA dismissed.
Better still would be $VYST counterclaim at same hearing to get same Judge who understands the issues.
In simple terms, convertible debt holder (EMA) - in collusion with Transfer Agent - illegally diluted the stock. EMA by converting too many shares & may be ordered to buyback 35M shares.
