The current PR had absolutely nothing to do with whether we own SWS. ANDI owns SWS and that deal was finalized long ago. The current PR is a follow-up to a previous PR about the Investment Banking process SWS enterred into for gaining approximately $30 Million for future acquisitions dealing with water treatment. This PR was laying out when they expected to complete the first acquisition (March 29) and the second soon after. This is a great sign that the audit process was going well and they are progressing to a point where they should complete the first portion by 29 March. Great news!
