If this was a revenue generating company with a successful active business running then yes, that would make sense.
This is a company that is still pre-revenue though, and the company is essentially Bill, working to bootstrap it.
He has a stake, so incentive. But no capital or revenue to hire an interim CEO.
Like it or not, those of use who invested here were investing in Bill McKay and TPAC.
So while I understand your frustration, and share it to a certain degree, hiring and interim CEO (or hiring anyone at this point) isn't a practical solution.
All this is my opinion of course.
