The Chinese know KTLS and Endpoint Lock are on the way through the procurement pipeline. Their ongoing cyberattacks against the USN & its contractors are their last chance to hack in their IT systems while the goings good (before Endpoint lock & KTLS prevent their easy access) IMHO. Sorry, but at this point another phone call would be redundant since the procurement cycle is already in action so I'm not gonna bug them. Rest assured, the USN is fully aware of the threat & their ongoing cyber defense problems.
