I am not a stock maven. I purchased DECN (before it was DECN) because I believed in the mission. If 20MM odd shares have been accumulated in the last few days, it suggests a very interested party. So, if 60MM were ultimately accumulated, does that mean that any potential acquisition of DECN could be acquired at a 30% discount on the ultimate price? Also, would a firm need to acquire 50% of the shares to gain control?

Possibly these are simpleton questions, but my knowledge base is limited. Thanks.
