I understand your point of view, but still, is this situation an excuse to an actual fraud? Promote the company, acquire more than a billion shares and sell them through RNE LLC to the public and return some of the money into the conpany? I don’t think so.

A responsible owner of a company should find another ways of how to keep his company afloat. F.e.communicate honestly, keep and deliver his promises, secure financing and actually build and update UF and reach positive cash-flow. Only quality product and good marketing, that secure more revenues, could destroy the negative trend of the share price.
