...positive equity was a first step.....imagine a company that was burdened with 60 + million of negative equity and now is on the right path and becoming positive.....the pps issue is around the corner....once we start showing revenue its just a matter of time b4 pps gets better.....i belief that is....

Just to be clear - we need both positive equity and pps at a certain level for uplisting, correct? At the cc they spoke of getting the shareholder equity up to a positive level for uplisting, but did not address the pps part of it. Maybe they think that little problem will take care of itself pretty soon.
