We all know the company has been under attack by short sellers for years. The short in both NTGL and NTEK are substantial imho. Our enemy has tried hard to bankrupt the company and to date has failed. I'm not saying the company is innocent of the charges because I suspect they have done things they would not normally have done to keep the company open.
Would anyone here be surprised to learn those selling non existent shares of the company stock provided information to and requested help from the SEC perhaps posing as an innocent shareholder? I wouldn't. No doubt those short are hoping this will solve their problem and eliminate the huge potential liability they face should NTEK and NTGL be able to overcome and prevail. I would love to see a share audit on both companies conducted by the SEC to determine exactly how many millions of shares are short and which brokerage firms are short but its been my experience its the tendency of the SEC to protect the brokerages and industry rather than the investor despite what is claimed. slap on the wrist fines being but one example. Hopefully an angel investor will step up to the plate and provide the funds necessary for a strong defense. Time will tell all but I refuse to cave and will be here for the duration. Go NTEK!!!
