The person who started this company is a convicted felon who did two years in prison for mail and wire fraud. How much proof due some people need to realize that they gave their money to crook, who has an extended history of thievery, lying, cheating, stealing, fraud, forgery and every other blue collar criminal act you can imagine.
We were all ripped off and Alan C can cry about "the shorts" all he wants but the reality is that this thing was designed to be David and Lisa Foley's personal piggy bank from the get go. Shame on all of us for being so stupid as to invest in this sham and then believe Foley's repeated lies that kept our money invested.
Foley is a fat ass scumbag and it is going to be a joy to eventually see him locked up for a very long time. Hopefully, his conniving wife and moronic brother will also do time.
Our money is gone. There is no value to this company other than some minimal liquidation of assets. Anybody with any modicum of business sense should understand that. I feel badly for all of our losses but this was an immensely valuable (though highly expensive) education for all of us who invest in penny stocks.
