There are a number of milestones necessary for uplisting to NASDAQ. You guys have hit some of them, but there are others. I think there also needs to be a certain number of shareholders for uplisting. I'm not sure in GNBT has met that requirement or not.
My impression is that the process is a lot more complicated than we understand it to be. This might help.
