I have mentioned to a few folks that I'm close to that they should get involved and buy shares right now because all of the signs are here for something big with the ACS/SFOR deals. ACS has multiple Channel Partners themselves now. Caroni Solutions is involved for SFOR in South America. SecureCyber ID has Gallagher live and is another partner to keep track of.
BlockSafe goes to STO in 10 days now.

My thoughts on the lawsuits: No one could have predicted that R&G/Blank Rome would have hit this roadblock. In my opinion this will resolved in SFOR's favor long before they ever see the Supreme Court. There is significant notoriety to the fact that currently software patent holders are primarily losing in the United States. Alice 35/101 is the poster child for this situation. Yesterday's pacer update was simply a formality to me so that they can sit back and watch events unfold in their favor.
