Thanks for your perspective on this. I agree that a potential investor will have a lot to say about any proposed R/S. The issuance of 36 million shares into the company's ESP greatly enhances the prospect that the R/S will pass, it also means that the company and its employees (current and future) will have added skin in the game. So that means there will be that added incentive to further the company's growth. The only thing that remains to be seen is if there will in fact be another announcement before April 4.
