My personal opinion is that the pretense was sent to the institution investors... they were intrigued and bought some for a "controlling hand", then the PPS went up... Now when the "dealing" is on the table, they have the low volume ability to sell and affect the PPS downward so the "negotiated" PPS for a HUGE order can be less and in their control. Rory has done a heck of a job, but realizes that these guys are money experts and he will have to get the money for the acquisition and uplist ASAP. Most likely realizing a discounted price... my guess around 11-12... BUT knowing that once it is filled and we are funded and on NASDAQ, the facts speak for themselves and growth will provide for REAL PPS growth... And that number in the near and long term will make us ALL happy investors. These guys are used to working with MULTI BILLION dollar companies. They will turn VERB into one... Eyes on nothing less than 10 Billion IMO... That is a PPS of well over 6-700 in the ensuing years.
