Somebody named Ken Boutiller, the President of ACPS owns like 98 % of the shares. woaza
And guess whos name is on as the legal Counsel. It says Donald R Geer, But I believe they ment to put Donald R. Keer.. Sound familiar.. SWS??
same address as our (andi ) legal counsel address..
I believe Mr. White will need to Explain more on this ACPS company and why are we going into the A/C business when 98% of the share holders are here for phones.
Anybody else have an opinion on this??
