Makes me wonder if they're considering increasing the amount of the offering or pricing the offering at a discount to keep so-called "tier 1" institutional investors happy, committed. My .02 is that that's okay with me.
At the 5:47 mark there's a cut in the video as he's reassuring investors about their decision process regarding pricing the offering. Second or third? take was the charm. That's the part that made me think RC is hinting at something he's not able to be more specific about.
