I believe they can post all they need in the morning and uplist then.
Dizong’s Email he received canceling his orders is telling that something is happening tomorrow, whether it’s uplist or finalization of Sound Concepts. Sound Concepts finalization comes along with offering closing. So I believe we either uplist tomorrow or we get all the offering info etc. and an uplist date.
