What the hell...I'll comment. I can't disagree with that statement...we all know that SB marches to the beat of his own drum. On one hand...holding this whole RegA thing close to the vest for months, then surprising us with the filing, was a stellar move...on the other hand, not following up (yet) on its intention, "while the iron is/was hot", is a bit puzzling. I can only surmise that the daily pps is still not high on his current list of priorities...which is fine in the long run, but questionable when you now have a RegA offering price that is 50%+ higher than the present pps. But...he is the boss & "the man with the plan", so I guess we just continue connecting dots till a formal announcement comes...
