There is a difference between speculative talk and presenting something as fact.
Something that cannot be known and is presented as fact is simply a TOS violation -- misleading bogus "facts" are not allowed here.
Speculation is commonplace on message boards and understood by readers. Claims of inside information without proof are simply untruths that are not allowed.
And hate speech and innuendo are never acceptable, here or in DECENT society.
