Let me help out a little bit more and just go with one sentence. It’s a bit long but I think pretty easy even for you to understand--I'll try to be as elemental as possible knowing your mental limitations and preconceived biases.

If you have any need for clarification or interpretation of a company released PR with statements from the CEO, basic logic and normal common sense dictates that the one who would render that accurate info to you would be the company CEO, not posters like yourself on an anonymous chat board.
