I too had Apple shares some years ago, I made some money on them but right after I sold them they more than doubled their value in a short time, and I could have made quite a bit more!

I'm holding on to my VRRB shares for many many years, probably until whenever far in the future the company gets sold for many multiples more than the SP price is at today.
