That's been my thoughts as well and SFT sells the COBAS/OOBA IP to the same vendor at the same time....say by 30 SEP 2020! And that vendor very well could be RSA (DELL/EMC).
RSA has been an IT Industry leader for secure access for quite a while! Bo connected with RSA as well! Just something good to ponder.
