$VRRB actually "filed" for NASDAQ uplist over a month ago (believed to already be approved), recently completed roadshow, AGP now finalizing offering and merger with Sound Concepts. Formal NASDAQ approval and uplisting any day now, could be as early as Friday. Shareholders are on watch.
