All the employees of Nugenerex, which is only months old, have on their linkedin profiles that they have been there for years, and the years they worked for Medoc (Veneto) have disappeared.
You also need to educate yourself as to what an MSO is and find out exactly how they are operating them. Many many MSOs are operated illegally and subject to investigation. Shady area of healthcare to operate in.
Also the offices at 3030 LBJ Freeway suite 1700 Dallas were Medoc offices (not Veneto) but have now been abandoned before the lease expiration. Many employees report major pay cuts and or not getting paid since generex took over.
Generex says that everything Medoc is excluded in the asset acquisition, but without Medoc and its MSOs, holdings, operations, employees etc (which are all subject to a federal investigation) Veneto was a shell holding company that would be worth zero.
imagine someone trying to sell you a super powerful, fast, valuable supercar and then telling you the engine and drivetrain are excluded. now it is just a pretty piece of metal.
Read this to understand better how Medoc/Veneto operated its MSOs with its network of pharmacies, labs, medical devices, hospitals, mgmt and the doctors invested:

You can take this as a bash on them or you can take it as a heads up to protect your $$$. I personally have no skin in the game but I think someone is being scammed by this Veneto acquisition and I would hate for that to be the investors.
