Kurate this filing PROVES 2 things just for starters. #1 We know
SB has lined up either 1 or more INVESTORS who think the
stock is worth .0024 right now to invest in 50% higher
than todays price. #2 And if 1 or more INVESTORS are
willing to put up $1M at .0024 it means they've done
EXTENSIVE DUE DILIGENCE and expect to get
a BIG RETURN on their INVESTMENT down the road
MUCH MUCH HIGHER than .0024 !
