Alicja, maybe you could provide your input?
I was thinking our results were quite a lot better than Maraviroc but maybe not as import as I thought. Maraviroc showed 95% efficacy after 4 weeks (equivalent to 4 years in humans) where leronlimab showed more than 98% (undetectable) after 7 weeks (7 years)!!
I just found this about mouse efficacy being predictive for human results. Do you have any info for xenograft models?
“When carefully done, drug efficacy testing in xenograft models has clear merit and will continue to play an important role for years to come. However, the limited predictive power of these models suggests that drug development decisions should not be based solely on drug performance in these models and instead be complemented by drug efficacy testing in other disease-relevant animal models.”

Thank you!
