Re-read the posting and I think you are probably correct. If it is a fine, then this can be cleared up very shortly with little or no long term effect.
At any rate, that's not necessarilly our real problem. Total trading of less than 2,000 shares ($10) drops the pps by 37%. Why can't the SEC spend a moment looking at these games?
