Well genius, for one thing, it's an SEC filing.
You don't "explain" to wannaknow penny traders in a filing.
Another thing - there's a financial report due out, and CEO's and other officers usually clam up about just about everything when fins are coming. Have you heard of "Safe Harbor"? Read about it. There are a LOT of things advisable for public company officials, and keeping generally quiet before earnings reports is a strong Safe Harbor suggestion.
