Okay, now that I read through the documents you were kind enough to post, it appears that the million is not for Sifthouse. Wonder where the Sifthouse monies will be coming from once licensed. If Steve would work on his Accounts Receivable, it might be there.

This is, of course, if half will be utilized for general expenses, and the rest for an "acquisition", as stated.
