They have made money (income or revenue, whichever way you would like to think of it) liquidating shares in RIGH this quarter (Q2).  We just don't know how significant this amount is until they release the Q2 report next month.  The news yesterday was great, but obviously wasn't what the market wants to see at this time to start the buying pressure.
