I'm guessing that DSS paid ACS $500k for exclusive rights to sell and distribute EndPointLock in the defined area/region.
I would further guess that DSS will pay a royalty fee to ACS for each EndPointLock (or some variation thereof) SOLD by DSS. I would assume that is when SFT would get their piece ($$) from ACS.
Of course I could be completely wrong but I don't think this DSS/ACS deal has anything to do with SFT, unless, DSS starts making sales and the revenues trickle down.
