As reference. Held at DTC in number held my brokers, which increases as people move shares over from the TA after buying in the offering or sold from TA. I believe this would give an upper bound on the number of shares being sold, because any sold through the TA (which is probably NITE) would be bought by a broker and moved over to DTC numbers. Remember the effect happened 1 month ago, freeing up shares in the offering. All in all, not to bad, you see the float went up by 50M representing the shares sold in the offering, but the DTC numbers went up by 9M, the shares either request to be moved over or sold since December.
