Is the 10K the next potential catalyst for NuGenerex? Without a positive catalyst that impacts the pps there is no reason to expect any major move upward. We may have a new, vibrant company, but it's still a biotech on OTC. We need earnings, partnership, buyout, or uplisting news to get the momentum turned around. No big surprise. Small biotechs are news driven and I think NuGenerex is out of freebies. Aren't we due some update concerning the NGIO shares? For now it seems as if they're lost in the cloud. LOL

With that being said mgmt. team is coming together. Slow, steady build of staff and infrastructure will eventually pay off. We need more news to better understand what we have. Still lots of moving parts.
