Personally, it will be the first time I'll witness this type of PO closely, combined with an uplisting.
IPO of private companies are sometimes followed by a sell-off as insiders finally have an opportunity to cash their private equity out. But here, insiders could have sold shares long ago as we were trading. They did not. There is no reason to believe they will once on the nasdaq (not at the current pps at least). But on the other hand, we'll gain plenty of buyers (retail and institutional) that simply do not trade OTC stock.
And in the first weeks at least, I cannot see any meaningful shorting happening either...
