I am not an expert, if I was I would have seen all the flashing red flags here.
Not so. An expert would say these fellows have a chance. A stock trader would say red flags. Shall we discuss again what you do?
I will be here until the appeal is decided as that seems like the best chance to exit.
The appeal will probably not be decided. Lifescan/Platinum has a very poor track record in front of the patent court. If they are treated shabbily by the head judge on the panel, like the last two times, they won't even wait for a ruling. Then it will get down to what is more valuable, a joint licensing agreement, an expensive settlement, or a little of both.
If this ever becomes a viable enterprise maybe the stock will have some real dialogue on SA. The conversations are more mature.
LOLOL, DECN has 4500 shareholders. Of these 4500 about 4400 are traders, day traders and flippers. These types do not know how to have a mature conversation.
