I just called my broker and they said that according to their records the proxy material was mailed out on March 2 from the U.S. and that it could take 2 weeks.

In the meantime they gave me my control # so that I can vote on-line at www.proxyvote.com

Hopefully the company will issue additional info before April 4, but I'm not holding my breath that they will.
