Update - Investor Awareness Program: "GenTech Holdings, Inc. has signed a short term CONSULTING AND REPRESENTATION AGREEMENT with CorporateAds, LLC, a Michigan LLC with principal offices located at 22800 Hall Road, Suite 520, Clinton Township, Mi. 48036. The agreement runs from March 11th through March 22, 2019. The point of the agreement is to assist the Company with informing shareholders of material announcements during the contracted period."
