The Company disputes the above claims and has made an advanced deposit of $500,000 to defense counsel against expected legal expenses in defending the litigation. The Company carries insurance that is applicable to these claims.
in other words insurance will probably cover the costs of litigation -less any deductible
and when they win they will ask the judge to require the other party to pay their costs and fees-that is typical -and thus reimburse insurance i guess-to the extent insurance has already provided funds
