At this point Mary, he has to put out the letter if he wants to have his new quarterly (Q1) filed and posted and get back to a clean 'current' status... point is, that letter should have already been out but I suspect there are issues with either getting a new attorney or dealing with the preferred shares... can't say for sure but just how I believe these OTC pennies play out.
