news/filings come out in 4 possible ways.

1) only when banking laws are done.
2) only when VA laws are offical .
3) only after both come laws are approved .
4) or he surprises us and says ,
ok enough .he is the News!

so imo time is short..one of these will happen..anytime.

of course best option would be number 3 ..then we go to 50 cents in blink of eye..OR is that too low??

however if #4 happens we go to cents land ..like five to ten cents in blink of eye.
