What I should have said is, speculating as to what we did with Yamaha and others at this point, is best left to waiting to hear from the company, yet that's what we do on these boards...lol.

In the past, when we settled and licensed Flash-R, for all but one (#14) we named the company but stated "the terms of the agreement will not be disclosed" or similar wording.

Except for #14, we named the companies under the NDA's.
