I will bet you one of bialy's bagels. If they announce a partnership for the TBG product, Mr. Berman will be condemned for not selling the company. If they announce a partnership with let's say Walmart, the same group that condemns will call the partner and question the sanity of the Fortune 20 company. If they announce a new retail agent for their products, traders and former shareholders will call the agent and demand a palace coup. DECN is stuck with the shareholder base that they have, quite possibly the worst in the micro cap marketplace, while at the same time the least knowledgeable in the micro cap marketplace. It is all about share price. The progress of the business just doesn't matter.
