I like 'DIME'. That was my 2nd target after 0.05, the third was 0.25. I am still kicking myself for not selling a single share from in 2017 high.
But, what happened about your 'Rhyming' thing in January- Feb 2019? Nobody can predict penny stock.
Onci has a big potential if Steve can secure a PL with a car manufactures like Ford, BMW etc or a big name insurance company like AAA, all states etc. If one of this case happens, onci will most likely to get bought out.
Under hexagon with successful MJ alone, onci can easily topple 52 high. MJ will bring volume and crowd to onci. If shift house can get license and gets going, we will be in a good shape. How long it takes? We don't know. Well, waiting game now as always, imho.
