OWCP do not have adequate cash on to pay off the 5MM.. I'm referring making those monthly/quarterly interest payment with cash on hand..
between now and end of the year... until the end of tablet trail.
no room for error, at least they are not killing PPS with millions of common shares flooding the market
good point, I wonder if Shelba would take a small stake.. probably down the line for discussion.. need the tablet ready for export to save us from massive diution
