Have customers on a 30 day billing cycle. If it extends past 120 days we cut them off and it goes to collections. That’s my industry though. In my real estate investment everyone gets paid at closing but that’s real estate. THATS THAT LINE of work.
You don’t control when or if someone pays you just how you deal with it
