My understanding is Steve retired 1.4 Billion shares that he had received at the time he took over ONCI; now if I'm wrong please tell me: Because that would leave Steve with Diluting around that amount of shares, let be known that it was to pay off debt he inherited.
I have a hard time understanding things I know its way above my learning so I just want someone to explain some off whats happening here with Steve, I have my own theory which I will keep to myself at this time.
Not trying to cause trouble with anyone or on the Board, just plainly don't understand.
