Interesting: It appears DSS is having similar problems with the Calif courts on its patents as SFOR is having. Reading the Dec 2017 10-K, DSS is presently appealing several rulings against it to the Appeal Board in infringement cases against Apple and Intel. I sure hope we take our case to the Supreme Court. This mess needs clarification asap.
