Flat tax for everyone I guess
however here is the problem. What is cut on Federal taxes. Democrats pick up in State taxes.
Michigan has 1.2-1.4 Billion in gas tax revenue for 2018. The new democratic governor wants to raise the Michigan gas tax another .45.
The catch though at 1.4 per year it would take 85 years to fix all the roads in Michigan once or 120 Billion all at once.
Lets use that as a base for each state 120 Billion x 50 states = 6 Trillion Federal Roads project Airports, Rail probably another 4 Trillion and 5 Trillion for water. So 15 Trillion. So we need a overhaul and then a reasonable tax code and lawmakers that won't rob the purse.
