When Berman put out that PR on 9/22/17 he also included this about the Preferred Shares:
"In addition, I am retiring 30 million preferred shares: 15 million today and 15 million in 30 days. These are my own shares and I am retiring them as a Thank You to shareholders. These are voting/control shares with a conversion ratio of 5000:1 common."

His "own" shares? Unfortunately they weren't even in his name. Pretty poor investigation into this shell company imo. He ought be pissed at his lawyers for getting him into this mess imo. You are telling me that of ALL the shell companies SB could have purchased, this one was the BEST his could find? The landmines within this shell have ended up costing him far more time and money than if he had paid just a little more for something less complex.
