IMO. This 8k simply says dss pays acs a onetime fee for the rights to sell and distribute acs products. The sales generated from this agreement would be paid out in separate agreement. And sfor will receive there portion from acs from those sells.
But then again what do I know. Hopefully Kay fills us all in soon.
